Frequently asked questions
- Do I get both surfaces on every plan?
- Yes. Spend and Coordinate ship together in every plan, including Free. We don't split the product down the middle — the value is in governing cost and coordination from one cockpit, so paywalling one surface would defeat the point. Paid plans add depth (budgets, alerts, anomaly detection, CSV export, more seats), not a second half of the product.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- A seat is one member of your Quordo workspace. Team is $19 per seat per month, billed for the seats you've added, for up to 25 seats. Free covers up to 3 seats at no cost, and Enterprise is unlimited seats under a custom annual contract. You can add or remove seats as your team changes.
- What happens during the 14-day Team trial?
- You get full access to the Team plan for 14 days. We may ask for a payment method up front, but you are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends with nothing to pay. If you don't cancel, the subscription begins at the plan price shown at checkout.
- What is the governed-spend ceiling, and why is there one?
- Each plan tracks a monthly ceiling of governed (attributed) AI spend: $100/mo on Free, $5,000/mo on Team, and unlimited on Enterprise. It's a safety guard so an unattended estate connected on a free workspace can't quietly run up an unbounded bill against our processing. If you're consistently near the ceiling, that's the signal to move up a plan.
- Which providers are included?
- You can connect all five — OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex — on every plan, including Free, and we don't charge per provider. Live per-team cost attribution is included for all five.
- What do I need Enterprise for?
- Enterprise is for organizations that need a VPC or self-hosted deployment, unlimited seats and governed spend, and priority support with hands-on onboarding. SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning are on the Enterprise roadmap — not yet available — so if they're a hard requirement, tell us where you are in your buying process and we'll share the timeline. If your security team owns the buying decision, this is the plan built for them.
- Is Quordo SOC 2 certified?
- Not yet. SOC 2 is on our roadmap, and we're building toward it. We won't claim a certification we don't hold. Today we encrypt provider credentials at rest, never expose them back to the UI, enforce row-level data isolation per organization, and record an append-only audit log of every mutation. - Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to what you've already paid for until then. Enterprise contracts follow the terms agreed in your order.
